Stanford Group Company, member NASD/SPIC, has announced an initial public offering transaction in the technology sector. On March 28, GSI Technology, Inc. priced its initial public offering at $5.50 per share under the ticker GSIT. The company offered 6,131,111 shares of common stock to the public on the NASDAQ Global Market.
