CENTENNIAL, Colo., June 4, 2012 -- NexusTek, a leading provider of ERP, CRM, and managed IT and consulting services, acquired the assets of The Uptime Group, Inc. on May 15, 2012. The Uptime Group is a well-known and trusted Microsoft partner delivering IT support, managed services, and Linux expertise to businesses across the Denver-Metro area. With this acquisition, NexusTek strengthens its leadership position as a service provider and business partner capable of delivering powerful and effective software solutions and IT services to organizations of all sizes.

NexusTek has gained approximately 50 new clients in the Denver-Metro area while expanding its capabilities to include VoIP phone system solutions and Linux support.
