Ontario, Canada - Netelligence Inc. And Paul Crane are proud to announce the launch of a brand new web site, AllJobTraining.com, a website devoted to job training and job certification information, on January 1, 2012.

AllJobTraining will provide details on the training and certification requirements on a wide range of possible career opportunities; from construction to medical billing, from firefighter to phlebotomist. The site’s focus will be mainly on trades and entry level jobs in the medical industry, since these are two industries that show great potential for long term growth and job security and sustainability. For several years high school graduates have spurned trade related jobs, opting instead for business and computer related degrees, based largely on the income potential of these fields. This has led to an over-abundance of qualified individuals, and not enough jobs to sustain them. Trades, accordingly, have suffered. With a declining number of new individuals entering the trades, many are currently experiencing shortages. And while they may have suffered in popularity, many trades offer the potential for lucrative pay, long term career sustainability, and possible self-employment.

On the other hand, the logistics of an aging demographic means the long term sustainability of entry and mid-level medical careers is almost a certainty. Some popular options include certified nursing assistant, phlebotomist, medical assistants, medical transcriptionist, and so on. What is possibly even more appealing about many of the entry level medical jobs is that they require fairly minimal education; as little as 6 months (for administrative positions) to 2 years (for entry level medical careers).

While job training in a recession may not make a lot of sense to some, governments are eager to get their respective workforces back to work and paying taxes, and accordingly, many offer grants and financial incentives to subsidize the cost of the training, as well as living expenses during that time.

According to Mr. Crane, “Many people are fed up with seeing good jobs outsourced overseas, and are looking to make the best from this slow economic period by training for a better paying and more sustainable career. We’re looking to provide them with what they need in order to make a smart, informed decision.”

AllJobTraining.com is a high quality, content rich job training web site that is designed from the ground up to provide visitors with the information they need to make informed, intelligent job training decisions.
