RICHMOND, VA (November 30, 2011) - Acoustical Solutions, Inc., an industry leader in providing noise control and soundproofing products, is taking steps to further develop their Marketing Department with the hire of Aimee Sanford as the newest Communications Specialist.In this position, Sanford will handle all media relations, press releases, email communications, as well as creating fresh new content for the company's website and blog.
One of ASI's goals for this hire is to use Communications as an way to enhance customer service. The Communications Specialist will have more interaction with customers than ever before by answering questions via the website and following up with previous clients for testimonials. With Sanford's background in video production, Acoustical Solutions anticipates the addition of informative video content and tutorials to their website, blog, and YouTube channel: AcousticalSolutions.com, AcousticsBlog.com, and Asolutions1, respectively. Sanford holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication with a minor in Video Production from Mary Baldwin College and has leadership skills developed during four years at the Virginia Women's Institute for Leadership, the only all female corps of cadets in the world. In her previous roles, Sanford worked as an intern at many non-profit organizations promoting and planning events, and managing social networking pages and websites. |
