DALLAS, May 13, 2011 -- As a result of growing customer demand, Greyhound today announced the expansion of its premium Greyhound Express™ service between Chicago and Milwaukee, effective May 17. The expanded service will give customers more travel choices between these markets with departures every hour. In addition, Greyhound added an Express stop at 5800 N. Cumberland Ave. to serve customers near Chicago O'Hare International Airport. Greyhound Express tickets can be purchased at mygreyhoundexpress.com. This latest route expansion builds on Greyhound Express' rapid growth in the Midwest, which now serves nine markets in the region.

"Expanding Greyhound Express frequency between Chicago and Milwaukee was a clear growth opportunity for Greyhound due to the tremendous demand for our premium service," said Dave Leach, president and CEO, Greyhound. He added, "O'Hare is one of the busiest airports in the world and we are pleased to now connect air travelers to other points in the Midwest with our convenient, premium Express service."

Greyhound Express provides premium service with a guaranteed seat for every customer and fares starting as low as $1. Customers ride on new, environmentally friendly buses equipped with onboard amenities such as free Wi-Fi, leather seats, extra legroom and power outlets. A private waiting area near dedicated departure gates is provided at terminal locations, and a guest services specialist will present an extra level of service. Customers can buy their Greyhound Express ticket online to take advantage of discount pricing, print their ticket at home and know a guaranteed seat is waiting for them. All tickets are nonrefundable.
