SAN FRANCISCO, April 6, 2011 -- KKR Financial Holdings LLC (NYSE: KFN) (the "Company") announced today that its 2011 Annual Meeting of Shareholders, scheduled for Wednesday, April 27, 2011, at 11:00 a.m. PT (2:00 p.m. ET).
The 2011 Annual Meeting of Shareholders will be held at the Omni San Francisco Hotel, 500 California Street, San Francisco, California. Holders of record of the Company's common shares at the close of business on March 14, 2011 are entitled to attend and vote at the meeting.
