Leading vehicle logistics company AVL has been entrusted with transporting one of the world’s rarest and
most expensive supercars – the Pagani Zonda F. The purpose-built, limited edition Roadster F Clubsport Final Edition – one of only 25 in the world, and worth in excess of £1m – was recently transported from London to an exclusive European destination. The car was safely delivered to the home of one of AVL’s most prestigious clients, who regularly uses the logistics company to transport his fleet of supercars, which has previously included a Lamborghini Murciélago and a Spyker. Gary Gardner, Managing Director of AVL, said: “Transporting such a rare and beautiful car is a huge responsibility. But AVL are the only transport company around with the kind of knowledge and equipment needed to deal with a job like this one.” The supercar, which is one of the fastest in the world, boasts a whopping 650 bhp, can reach speeds of up to 214 mph and goes from 0-60 mph in just 3.6 seconds. Tommy Wareham, Brand Manager at Bob Forstner in Park Lane, London, who sold and organised transportation of the Zonda, said: “The great thing about AVL is their trucks are purpose-built for cars such as this. I wouldn’t recommend any other transport company to deliver our cars to Europe.” AVL specialise in transporting luxury vehicles to any European destination. They provide fully-enclosed, unmarked transporters; satellite tracking systems and full insurance to market value.
