Lansing based Auto-Owners Insurance Company celebrates another A++ Superior rating by nationally recognized credit rating agency A.M. Best this past week. Auto-Owners has earned A.M. Best's highest rating every year since 1972.
"The A.M. Best A++ Superior rating allows our customers to feel safe, secure and confident in our services, financial strength, and conservative financial management," said Ronald Simon, Auto-Owners' CEO. "This award demonstrates that even in uncertain economic times, our customers can be assured that their insurance company is on firm financial ground." Additionally, the Auto-Owners Life Insurance Company was rated A+ (Superior) by A.M. Best, an honor it has earned every year since 1976. Auto-Owners Insurance Group is one of only seventeen insurance groups in the U.S. to receive the highest rating possible, A++ Superior, by A.M. Best. In addition, Auto-Owners has been ranked on Forbes' Fortune 500 (#418 in 2010) list for eight consecutive years.
