Danvers, Massachusetts - Inkcups Now Corporation introduces the ICN-2200L pad printer, a two color automatic machine with a linear conveyor. The linear conveyor has 18 stations and enables higher production speed and can be interfaced with automatic loading and unloading systems. The conveyor features a shot pin print station registration for very precise imaging (+/-.001") and has a micro-adjust system for moving the conveyor in and out for easy positioning of the graphic on the part. The ICN-2200L pad printing machine is ideal for printing single or multicolor images on injection molded parts, plastic housings and other smaller parts, especially when longer production runs are needed.

The ICN-2200L is offered as a one- or two-color pad printer; for similar functionality in up to four colors, the ICN-2500L model is also available. Additional features include XYR micro-adjust plate holder assemblies and tool-less quick adjust pad mounts, which further reduce production time and increase productivity. ICN-2200L automatic pad printer has ample compression capability and is able to accommodate large, hard print pads - making this pad printer one of the most versatile, capable and cost effective two-color pad printers available on the market today.
