GameTech Announces Annual Filing of Fiscal Year 2009 Financial Results With the SEC

GameTech International, Inc. ("GameTech" or the "Company") (Nasdaq: GMTC), a leading designer, developer and marketer of interactive electronic bingo equipment, bingo systems, video lottery terminals, and slot machine equipment, has filed its annual results with the SEC on Form 10-K at approximately 2:31 p.m. Pacific time, with a filing date of February 1, 2010. The Form 10-K Annual Report can be accessed via the internet on Monday, February 1, 2010 at approximately 6:00 a.m. Eastern time, and includes information about GameTech's financial position and results of operations for the fiscal year of 2009.
