LIONAX, the first Chinese company listed on Euronext, announces the launch for the start of 2008 of LioNavi, its next generation GPS + Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) + Rear View Camera three-in-one combo product. This product clearly demonstrates LIONAX's technology leadership.

By bringing together the GPS, TPMS and Rear View Camera technologies, LIONAX offers a practical and cost saving solution. It is expected to be commercially available in 2008. LIONAX will distribute this new product through its global distribution networks in North America, Europe and Asia.

"This is a significant technological development for LIONAX. It will bring security and comfort to our customers at a reduced cost. We at LIONAX are proud to present LioNavi to the market," said James Yang, President and CEO of LIONAX.

About LIONAX's technological leadership

- LIONAX is committed to playing a leading role in the TPMS and MEMS sensor technology sector. In 2006, Kysonix, its wholly-owned subsidiary in China, was selected to be a key member of the "Automobile Tire Pressure and Collision Avoidance Sensor System" Project of the China National High Technology and Research Program (863 Program), which is linked to the Chinese Ministry of Science and Technology. Also participating in the project is Tsinghua University, the most prestigious Chinese university in the fields of Science and Technology. Deng Xiaoping, China's previous leader, personally authorized the Program in March 1986, hence the name 863 Program. This is considered to be the highest level national Science and Technology development program in China and being part of the 863 Program is one of the highest Chinese recognitions a company can receive for technological excellence.

- Through its Silicon Valley Office in U.S.A., LIONAX is also conducting state-of-the-art R&D work with scientists and researchers from SemeFab in the U.K and Tsinghua University in China to develop the next generation of "Ring Oscillation" Digital Pressure Sensors. This is industry-leading research work which is expected to further enhance LIONAX's cost advantage in TPMS, as well as open doors for other opportunities.

- LIONAX's TPMS product has been tested and was found to be compliant with FCC Certification for the U.S.A. as well as CE and E-mark for the EU.

- The company has obtained six patents since it began its operations:

- Tire Pressure Warning Device - China, October 25, 2001

- Tire Monitoring System - China, December 1, 2004

- Anti-theft car Tire Pressure Monitoring Detectors - China, January 1, 2006

- Vehicle anti-theft lock spaces - China, March 4, 2006

- Do-It-Yourself Intelligent Tire Pressure Monitoring Device - China, August 25, 2006

- Digital Tire Pressure Sensor - China, September 15, 2006

The company also filed for 5 new patents in the U.S.A (pending official approval) in 2007 and expects many more in the future.
