Monsanto Company (NYSE: MON) announced that the company will hold a briefing with investors on Nov. 8. The briefing will be simultaneously webcast and can be accessed by visiting the investor section of the company's web site at http://www.monsanto.com/investors.
The investor briefing will include an update on the company's strategic initiatives, financial targets, product performance, research-and-development pipeline and other business matters. This year's briefing will feature presentations by: Hugh Grant, chairman, president and chief executive officer; Robb Fraley, executive vice president and chief technology officer; Brett Begemann, executive vice president; Carl Casale, executive vice president; and Terry Crews, executive vice president and chief financial officer. The investor briefing, which will be held in St. Louis, will begin at 10 a.m. (CT) on Thursday, Nov. 8, 2007. It is scheduled to conclude at 3:15 p.m. (CT). Monsanto will be simultaneously webcasting the event via its website at http://www.monsanto.com/investors. The company will also be posting materials related to the event including: the presentation agenda, briefing slides, downloadable audio files of each presentation, and speaker bios at this site.
