Commercial Vehicle Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: CVGI) announced today that it will introduce three major products at the BICES Construction show in Beijing, China. BICES is scheduled to run between October 16 and 19, 2007.

A range of CVG's, KAB//Seating branded products will be on display at the show. These include the new P6 two-piece seat pan, the recently introduced flagship 600 Series construction seat and the new 41/C15 seat. The 41/C15 seat is a 400 Series derivative designated specifically for domestic Chinese construction original equipment manufacturers (OEMs).

BICES will be the stage for CVG's world launch of its new KAB branded P6 two-piece seating pan. This sleek-looking product is designed for use on small construction and agricultural equipment, either as a static seat or for use with KAB//Seating brand suspensions such as the XH2 or the 11. Both the P6 and 11/P6 provide ideal all weather seating solutions for OEMs and operators in the field. The P6 has vacuum formed cushions with integral drainage and ventilation channels mounted to robust steel pressed pans. Comfort and safety options include back rest extension, armrests, slide rails and seat belts. The new P6 two-piece seat will be manufactured in CVG's Shanghai facility with production scheduled to begin by year-end.

BICES will also be the setting for the China launch of the KAB//Seating 600 Series product range which is designated for medium to large-size construction equipment. The top-of-the-range 600 Series AIR 65/K4 seat will be displayed at the Show. This seat achieves ISO 7096 seat performance standards for construction vehicles in the following categories:

* EM1 -- Articulated and Rigid Dump Trucks

* EM3 and EM8 -- Large and Compact Wheeled Loaders

* EM4 -- Graders

* EM5 -- Backhoe Loaders

* EM6 -- Bulldozers

With an extended operator weight range of 50-200kg, the AIR 65/K4 seat provides significantly improved ride performance in excavators using horizontal and lateral isolators. Its state-of-the-art styling is combined with essential heavy-duty features such as meeting 22.2kN seat belt requirements without tether belts.

Also on display will be the mechanical 61/C1, an economy version of the KAB//Seating brand 600 Series seat. It is a KAB//Seating derivative designed specifically for the Chinese market, especially the burgeoning OEM production of domestic wheeled loaders and excavators. Production of these vehicles is currently estimated to be 165,000 per year as reported by the UK based Off- Highway Research Agency.

W. Gordon Boyd, President of CVG Global Construction, stated, "These KAB//Seating brand product introductions represent a significant investment in research and development, as well as CVG's continued commitment to expand our leadership in the global construction market. These efforts also demonstrate our goal to become a major domestic supplier in the Chinese market."

CVGS, the Shanghai based subsidiary of CVG, will be located at stand S721 in the New Exhibition Hall.
