Einstein Bros.(R) Bagels Opens at East Carolina University

Filling up while hitting the books or darting off to classes has never been this tasty for East Carolina University students and faculty.

Whether they're sitting down to cram for exams or in need of a great start to their class schedule ahead of them, students and Faculty at the university can now grab a fresh bite to nosh on at the newest Einstein Bros.(R) Bagels campus location, which officially opened its doors for business Saturday.

Located in the heart of Campus at Wright Place, the restaurant is the 11th Einstein Bros. license location to open this year. The restaurant will offer a great tasting selection of Einstein Bros.' famous bagels and shmears, Darn Good Coffee(R), crisp, fresh salads, decadent sweets and eclectic sandwiches made with high quality ingredients.
