kSolo and 1st Media Resolve Dispute Regarding Advanced Internet Karaoke Technology

kSolo, Inc., and 1st Media LLC agreed to settle a patent infringement suit that had been brought against kSolo and others by 1st Media in the United States District Court for the District of Nevada. By virtue of the amicable resolution, 1st Media will dismiss with prejudice all claims against kSolo.
