Catcher Holdings, Inc., (OTC Bulletin Board: CTHH), developer of the CATCHER(TM) device, a portable, wireless, handheld computer and communications control device built under military specifications for ruggedness, today announced it has signed Manufacturers Representative (MR) Agreements with The Sales Group, J.R. Brophy & Associates, The Cambridge Group and ADM & Associates. The addition of these seasoned technology sales professionals widens sales opportunities of the CATCHER unit to 21 states in the South, Midwest and West.

"This is a significant expansion of our distribution and marketing efforts," Charles Sander, CEO of Catcher Holdings, Inc. commented. He went on to say, "These four companies are highly sought after by manufacturers for geographic representation for their products, and have significant track records for successfully introducing new and innovative technology into their geographic markets. They are professional firms with deep experience in selling technology products and solutions through Value Added Resellers (VARs) and System Integrators, and their addition to the Catcher team is a significant endorsement of our technology and its value to the market. We are very pleased and excited to have this caliber of professional firms representing the CATCHER(TM) product line for the ruggedized mobile computing industry and their geographic presence in over 60% of the US marketplace."

The Sales Group, Inc. (http://www.thesalesgroup.com) is an MR sales and marketing agency serving the wireless communications and public safety markets since 1986. They have sales professionals covering California, Arizona, Nevada, Hawaii, Washington, Oregon, Alaska, Western Idaho and Western Montana, with their corporate offices in Calabasas, California.

Michael Sage of The Sales Group said, "The CATCHER device has a feature set and functionalities that are superior to any ruggedized tablet PC on the market today. The software and hardware package goes way beyond anything we've represented in this market, and we believe the product fills a definite gap in the police, first responder and Homeland security space, where we have built our sales organization. We expect it to do very well for us."

Catcher also signed J. R. Brophy & Associates (http://www.jrbrophy.com) to represent Catcher in Illinois, Indiana and Wisconsin. With four seasoned professionals, J.R. Brophy & Associates has already identified numerous targets in the commercial and local government sectors. "We will be participating in several shows with them and expect to identify significant opportunities and evaluations this month," James Newman, VP of Channel Sales for Catcher, Inc. said.

John Brophy, founder of J.R. Brophy & Associates, said, "We see the CATCHER portable tablet PC as an innovative, breakthrough tool that should open up new opportunities in the First Responder space. The innovative, 'all inclusive' and ruggedized approach to a comprehensive set of software and hardware tools should immediately impress the Public Safety community, and we believe the demand should be significant. We look forward to presenting this product."

Catcher also signed The Cambridge Group (http://www.cgwireless.com), which handles sales in Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas and Louisiana and is firmly entrenched in oil and gas as well as mining along with state and local governments. They are a first tier professional rep firm with substantial experience in the public safety, first responder and mining market in the Texas region.

David Patton, co-owner of The Cambridge Group, stated, "We see a big market for the CATCHER device and are looking forward to carrying the line. We don't pioneer new lines; however, we believe we can be successful with this product."

The final of the four manufacturers rep companies Catcher signed is ADM and Associates, which has a focused customer base of over 600 active accounts and 150 monitored projects that assure that Catcher will receive territory- wide exposure in Florida, Georgia, Tennessee, Mississippi and Alabama. ADM and Associates employs six seasoned professionals in addition to founder Al Marks. Catcher will be participating in a regional APCO show in March. ADM and Associates have reps located throughout the Southeastern US, representing a full spectrum of manufacturers in the governmental and commercial communications arenas.

Marks said, "The Catcher unit encompasses a unique set of capabilities into one ruggedized unit for the public safety professional. The ability for centralized dispatch to determine exactly where any unit is at any time constitutes an added level of safety and reliability, and the breadth of features potentially replaces multiple devices in their equipment set. Ease of portability makes the CATCHER unit very attractive to several departments of commercial firms looking to enhance their field capabilities. Every group I have reviewed the product with has been enthusiastic."
