Indiana Truck Driver Receives National Grand Prize

Fort Worth, TX & Lakeville, IN - June 10, 2014 -- OOIDA member, Martin Marvel of Lakeville, Indiana was awarded the grand prize, a set of Continental drive tires and service, courtesy of Apex Capital, a factoring company located in Fort Worth, Texas.

Marvel, owner of M&D Marvel Transportation in Lakeville, IN, was the lucky winner selected by random drawing in Apex Capital’s Continental Tire Giveaway Contest. Apex Capital representatives traveled to Indiana to visit Marvel to award his prize. Official Continental Tire dealer, Best One Tire & Service of South Bend supplied the tires and installation.

“My truck is my business and tires are a big expense,” said Marvel. “I am really excited to win. The tires run great. They will save me money and make sure I don’t run into problems on the road.”

Marvel owns one truck, a Western Star, and hauls refrigerated goods in several states including Wisconsin, Minnesota, Indiana and Illinois. Marvel has been an Apex client for nearly three years.
