Central Health Physiotherapy Launches Adult Ballet Classes in London

London, United Kingdom (7 December, 2012) – Central Health Physiotherapy, one of the largest and most respected physiotherapy companies in the UK, has announced that Henry St Clair will lead their adult ballet classes.
One of the most experienced ballet teachers in London is now leading an adult ballet class every Friday at Central Health Physiotherapy’s Chancery Lane Clinic. Henry St Clair has over eighteen years’ experience at The Royal Ballet Company, The English National Ballet and the Nurnberg Theatre Ballet, so people should book soon to avoid disappointment.
A ballet class is available every Friday from 1pm until 1.45pm, and there is a limit of eight spaces per class. However, one-to-one coaching is also available. There are many benefits to ballet, as it can help to improve a person’s strength, posture, coordination, balance and suppleness, so can help build or maintain health and fitness levels.
