Surrey, United Kingdom (9th August, 2012) – Glass.co.uk, a leading UK provider of car valuations for new and used vehicles, have launched several innovative new tools on their website.
As part of their continued efforts to improve the user experience, Glass.co.uk has introduced three new features on their website: the Part Exchange tool, Market Price Check (MPC), and the Best Deals tool.
The Part Exchange feature on the Glass.co.uk homepage allows customers to select the car they want to part-exchange, select the car they are interested in buying, and then they can submit these details directly to as many dealers as they want. The dealers will then come back to the customer with their best quotes based on all of the information they have provided.
Available to customers searching for used cars, the MPC tool allows customers to view in a graph all the examples of a particular car that are for sale across the UK at any given moment.
As part of the Best Deals feature, when a user searches for a used car on the Glass.co.uk website, the best deals in their area will be displayed. This is based on the price of the car, the mileage, and various other factors to accurately present the best deals available for that customer based on their original search criteria.
A spokesperson for Glass.co.uk commented: “We try to make part-exchange quick and easy, and the Part Exchange tool offers our users a viable alternative to just private selling.
“The MPC tool is for seeing whether you are getting good value on your deal, or whether the car is being overpriced in comparison to the market, whilst the Best Deals tool complements this by displaying the best value cars available; another great customer tool in terms of getting the best value.
