GREENBELT, Md., Feb. 23, 2012 -- Chesapeake Hospitality, one of the country's fastest growing third-party hotel management companies, has transitioned management of the Claymont, Del.-based Crowne Plaza Wilmington North hotel to its growing full-service management portfolio. Formerly the Holiday Inn Select Wilmington/Brandywine, the Crowne Plaza Wilmington North has undergone an impressive $8 million renovation. As a result of this renovation, the only Crowne Plaza property in Delaware, now offers guests 189 oversized, completely renovated guest rooms, all featuring Crowne Plaza's Sleep Advantage, which offers guests luxurious bedding, soft pillows and other selected amenities designed to ensure a great night's sleep.
