GenScript Launches Animal Model Services Worldwide

PISCATAWAY, N.J., Jul 12, 2011- Internationally recognized biology contract research organization GenScript USA Inc. today announced that it has launched a broad spectrum of Animal Model Services for researchers to investigate the efficacy and safety profile of drug candidates.
The services include in vivo drug efficacy, pharmacokinetic study, toxicity assessment, and biomarker & bioanalysis. The company has got oncology models based on more than 250 tumor cell lines from over 30 tumor types, and more than 36 inflammatory disease models. Furthermore, a new state-of-the-art modern animal facility with AAALAC & OLAW accreditation will be operated this year to meet customers’ requirements.
“Complying with international standards, our animal facility could fit a variety of animal species and provides safe and healthy conditions for experimental animals,” said by Thomas ZHONG, Director of Animal Model Department at GenScript.
