Universal Protection Service Acquires D.N. Security Services, Inc.

Universal Protection Service, a division of Universal Services of America and one of the largest providers of security services in the U.S., is excited to announce that they have acquired D.N. Security Services, Inc. in California. With their outstanding reputation in the security guard industry, D.N. Security Services, Inc. employs close to 300 security officers throughout Northern California and has been providing security guard services since 1986.
