Health Integrated, the leading Targeted Population Health Management company focused on the critical interplay between medical and psychosocial health, is expanding its workforce to include more than 40 additional healthcare professionals for its new office in Lynnwood, Wash. The new site is the Company's third location in the United States.
"We are proud to add Lynnwood as our newest home," says Shan Padda, Health Integrated's chairman and chief executive officer. "The greater Seattle area is home to a wonderful population base of experienced healthcare professionals, many of whom we hope to bring on board to help patients successfully navigate a complex healthcare system."
Health Integrated's expansion into the Seattle area is in keeping with its corporate strategy of steady, incremental growth, even during a challenging national economic environment. The privately held company continues to grow with new or renewed customer agreements, new product enhancements and service offerings and new hires. Health Integrated maintains its headquarters in Tampa, Fla., and a technology center in Pleasanton, Calif., and currently employs 200 people nationwide.
Through its programs, Health Integrated works with individuals struggling with psychological, social support and physical health issues by providing coaching, education and support to help them better manage their health, improve their quality of life and lower their healthcare costs. Health Integrated partners with health plans to deliver these services to the health plan membership in an effort to improve clinical outcomes and drive down costs.
The City of Lynnwood has been focusing on attracting new businesses and increasing employment opportunities as part of its citywide economic development plan. "The decision by Health Integrated is a testament that Lynnwood meets both long-term corporate needs of business, and the individual needs of employees. We remain focused on attracting healthy businesses and quality jobs to our community," says Don Gough, Mayor of Lynnwood.
Health Integrated's new office occupies 20,000 square feet at the Northview Corporate Center, 20816 44th Avenue West, in Lynnwood, Wash.
