Crain's Sponsors Creative Cities Summit 2.0

The producers of the
Creative Cities Summit 2.0 (CCS2) today announced that Crain's Detroit
Business and its new Web site, Detroit Make it Here
(http://www.detroitmakeithere.com), are major media sponsors for the
ground-breaking conference on contemporary city making and the creative
economy coming to Detroit Oct. 13-15, 2008.

CCS2 will present a dynamic and engaging dialogue on how communities
around the world are integrating innovation, social entrepreneurship,
sustainability, arts & culture and business to create vibrant economies.
The event opens on Oct. 12 at the Museum of Contemporary Art Detroit
(MOCAD) with an "Unconference" centered on the theme of Detroit 2.0. At the
"Unconference" the audience will pick the topics and lead the discussion.
The CCS2 conference continues the next day at the GM Renaissance Center.
