Dalrada Financial Corporation: (Pink Sheets: DFCO) today announced the appointment of Ira Frohman to its Board of Directors.

This appointment begins the addition of industry experts in the fields and market segments that Dalrada will shortly pursue with it's products and services to the Dalrada Board.

Mr. Frohman has extensive experience in the Service industry. Ranging from Food Service, Commercial and Industrial Real Estate Management and, most recently, Home Improvement and Development. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management.
