McAfee, Inc. Joins HP BladeSystem Solution Builder Program

McAfee, Inc. (NYSE: MFE) today announced that it has joined the HP BladeSystem Solution Builder Program, a community of more than 300 technology and service providers working together to accelerate the deployment of customer-centric solutions on HP BladeSystem architecture. McAfee's new Content Security Blade Server is fully integrated with HP BladeSystem c-Class server blades.

Built-in load balancers require no configuration and make multiple scanning blades operate as if they were a single unit.

McAfee Content Security Blade Server provides a high-performance solution for malware, spam and other undesirable content entering or leaving a network. The blade server design allows enterprises to lower operational costs by reducing the need to purchase and manage multiple point products. Blade servers are more efficient than traditional appliances, allowing users to save, on average, up to 37.5 percent of rack space, use 30 percent less power and cut cabling by up to 94 percent.
