Houlihan Smith Advises Florida Trim Inc. on $2,200,000 Credit Facility

Houlihan Smith & Company Inc. (Houlihan) acted as the exclusive financial advisor in enabling a credit facility for Florida Trim, Inc., it was announced by Charles Botchway, Group Managing Director of Houlihan.

The financing was provided by Bibby Financial Service, a U.K. based finance company with extensive operations in the U.S. "Florida Trim is a young enterprising manufacture-installer whose 40% compounded growth rate far exceeded its working capital requirement. That fast paced growth created a challenging cash management environment for the company's leadership. In a few short weeks Houlihan Smith was able to double their cash requirements, enabling management to continue to implement their growth strategy," Jay Rodgers, the Houlihan Vice President who headed the deal team was quoted as saying.
