Jan Asnicar, joins EFL Associates as Assistant Vice President and Consultant, Higher Education Practice in the Kansas City office. EFL Associates is a national retained executive search firm headquartered in the Kansas City metropolitan area, with offices in Boston, Denver and Chicago. Ms. Asnicar joins a distinguished team of higher education consultants that includes Dr. David Horner, Dr. Michael Ferrari, Dr. Timothy Weber and Dr. Gordon Lamb, who together served as institutional presidents/chancellors for 56 years.
Ms. Asnicar brings a wealth of experience to her position with EFL Associates to include almost twenty-five years experience in the higher education sector. Her most recent experience, prior to joining EFL associates, was serving as Associate Dean with Baker University's School of Professional and Graduate studies. In addition to her accomplishments in higher education leadership, she has retained her link to the teaching-learning process by also serving as a faculty member.
