Shandong Zhouyuan Seed and Nursery Co., Ltd. Adds Another Exclusive Sales and Distribution Agent in Jiaozhou City

Shandong Zhouyuan Seed and Nursery Co., Ltd. (OTC Bulletin Board: SZSN) ("SZSN" or "Parent Corporation") which is incorporated in the State of Delaware, announced that its operating subsidiary company in China, Shandong Zhouyuan Seed and Nursery Co., Ltd. ("Zhouyuan" or "the Company"), has signed a sales and distribution agreement with Qingdao Jiaozhou Cabbage Research Co., Ltd. ("Jiaobai") on August 7, 2007. Pursuant to the agreement, Zhouyuan will provide original cabbage seeds to Jiaobai, and Jiaobai will be fully authorized to be the exclusive distributor to produce and sell the seeds in Jiaozhou area in Shandong province.

"One of Jiaobai's primary strengths is a vertically-integrated business model, including research, distribution, and the ability to control quality at all levels. The cooperation with Jiaobai will add capacity to our sales network in the region, and complement our distribution through it. It will also allow us to meet the growing demand for high quality cabbage seeds in Shandong province," Mr. Wang Zhigang, President of SZSN, stated. Qingdao Jiaozhou Cabbage Research Co., Ltd. was established in 1991. Through nearly 16 years' development, it now has over 2,000 acres of green food production base, and has the cabbage output of 2,000 tons per year. In December 2002 the company was authenticated as green foods producer by China Green Food Development Center. It has established the sales network all over the country and has built good relationships with some seed associations in Japan too.
