ISB Ventures Leads Angel Funding Round for Telco Start-Up Noise Free, Inc. Supporting Company and Product Roll-Out

Noise Free, Inc., a leading innovator and provider of enhanced voice-based communication solutions, announced today that it has received $1.4 million in seed funding from Bay area-based ISB Ventures.

Dr. Israel Beinglass, (former Chief Technology Officer and Chief Marketing Officer at Applied Materials) led ISB Ventures and an investor group in the angel round which is focused on providing Noise Free, Inc. with the resources to fully develop and bring to market its unique patented software solutions delivering low-power, small footprint enhanced voice-based communication software.

Noise Free, Inc. has fifteen unique patents currently pending. It's co- founders and core engineering team have created a high-performance software- only approach to noise cancellation that requires little or no additional power, very little code space, and no additions to the Bill of Material (BOM) of the target communication device. The initial product rollout is slated for August 2007.
