DuPont (NYSE: DD) and Etigra today announced that Etigra has acquired the DuPont Super Boll(R) brand ethephon trademark, registration and assets, as well as the DuPont FreeFall(R) brand thidiazuron cotton defoliation trademark. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed. The DuPont amad-enhanced ethephon brands, CottonQuick(R) and FirstPick(TM), were not included in the assets sale.
