Four Lawyers Enhance Regulatory, Litigation, Commodities Strength
Bingham has expanded its international securities practice with the addition of four lawyers to the firm’s Washington office. The new Bingham partners include Geoffrey F. Aronow and Margaret Blake. Joining as of counsel are Joseph Brady and Timothy B. Nagy. “The recent arrivals augment Bingham’s market-leading international securities practice and uniquely position us further to provide clients with coordinated cross-border services,” said Bingham Chairman Jay Zimmerman, noting Bingham’s steady and strategic growth in the Securities Area throughout the United States and in the United Kingdom and Asia.

When Say Yes to Education — a nonprofit that provides academic assistance to inner-city youth to help them graduate from high school — “adopted” a group of Harlem kindergarten classes in 2004, Robert Dombroff, managing partner of Bingham’s New York office, suggested an idea that would significantly impact the Say Yes program, the students and their families, and the New York office. Partner Ed Maluf and Say Yes managing director Jaimie Fried Dockray (pictured at left) play a key role in running the pro bono effort.
