Rip Shears™ Ripper is designed to enable emergency medical personnel to access and treat wound sites more quickly and conveniently. This model in particular was designed and tested by US Navy SEALs to perform in difficult or harsh conditions, by slicing through clothing, equipment and even body armour in record time. The design itself incorporates all-black trauma shears and the Ripper unit, which enables the user to make a quick pilot cut with the trauma shears before easily ripping through the material with the Ripper. With durable, corrosion-resistant stainless steel blades, the Rip Shears™ Ripper is also proven to last five times longer than standard carbon steel blades.
