NEW ALBANY, Ohio, May 4, 2012 -- Commercial Vehicle Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: CVGI) announced that it will hold its Annual Meeting of Stockholders on Thursday, May 10, 2012, at 1:00 PM (Eastern Time). The meeting will be held at the Company's corporate headquarters located at 7800 Walton Parkway, New Albany, OH 43054.
Details of the meeting and proxy materials were mailed on or about March 30, 2012, to stockholders of record as of Wednesday, March 14, 2012.
