Jeff Doyle Steps into CEO Role Three Months Ahead of Schedule

Adecco Australia - the nations leading recruitment agency had announced today that Jeff Doyle, 42, stepped into the Chief Executive Officer - Australia & New Zealand role on May 1st which is more than three months ahead of schedule.

Adecco S.A in Zurich, Switzerland, appointed Doyle in May, after long time Adecco Group stalwart Raymond T Roe, announced his retirement from the business after 16 years of good leadership with the company. Doyle was originally expected to move into the role on July 1st, 2009.

When he announced his retirement, Roe said "Jeff is clearly qualified for this role. Over the past two years, he has achieved great success in improving the Adecco Office & Industrial brand.

Jeff has built a quality team, increased gross margin and profitability, and developed a reputation for clear thinking while displaying leadership qualities which breed loyalty and trust."

Commenting of his appointment, Doyle said "globally we are the market leader and have been for a number of years. We have an excellent executive team in place across the Group, whose responsibility is to now replicate our global success here in Australia and New Zealand."

"I am excited by the opportunities that lie ahead" said Doyle.

Doyle will report into Adecco Group global Chief Executive Officer, Patrick de Maeseniere, who steps into the role on June 1st, 2009.

Doyle first joined the Adecco Group in 2007, as Chief Operating Officer for the Adecco Office & Industrial brand and was responsible for the strategic and operational direction of the brand.
