GATE has Appointed Chapin Manufacturing Exclusive Distributor for CFValves(TM) Used on Backpack and Compression Sprayers in North America |

GATE LLC and Chapin Manufacturing announced today that they have entered an exclusive distribution agreement for CFValves(TM). As of May 1, 2009, Chapin will become the exclusive distributor in the U.S., Canada, and Mexico for all CFValves(TM) used on backpack and compression sprayers and on ATV-mounted spray equipment.
In conjunction with this new agreement, GATE LLC is launching the next generation of its CFValve(TM). The new CFValve(TM) provides enhanced performance and more favorable pricing to the end user. As part of this agreement, Chapin will add the CFValve(TM) as standard equipment for its Chapin Tree and Turf Pro line of backpack sprayers that Chapin will distribute through its ever-expanding network. Additionally, as part of this agreement, Chapin will assume sales and service of CFValves(TM) to GATE's North American backpack and compression sprayer customers. GATE will continue to provide sales and service to their backpack and compression sprayer customers outside North America, academia, as well as research and development organizations in the U.S. GATE's customers in other industries will not be affected by this agreement.
