Motor Vehicle Owners' Right to Repair Act to Be Heard in Small Business Hearing

The full Committee on Small Business, Chaired by Rep. Nydia Velazquez (D-NY), will hold a hearing on: "Small Business Competition Policy: Are Markets Open For Entrepreneurship?" Among those testifying in favor of The Motor Vehicle Owners' Right to Repair Act, HR 2694, will be two constituents of Right to Repair opponent Rep. Lynn Westmoreland (R-GA-Grantville, Newnan), who serves on the Small Business Committee.

Richard Hoffman, owner of Hoffman Tire & Alignment of Fayetteville, Georgia, will give oral testimony in favor of The Right to Repair Act. Attending and submitting written testimony in favor of The Right to Repair Act will be Keith White, of Newnan, Georgia, a NAPA store owner with several locations.
