At the 15th Annual ESPY Awards, Accelerade-sponsored athlete Dean Karnazes won an ESPY Award for Best Outdoor Athlete. Dean was awarded for his extensive accomplishments in 2006 ranging from completing 50 marathons in 50 states in 50 consecutive days to winning the Vermont 100 Mile Endurance Run.
