Superbreak's My Holiday Review section allows Superbreak customers to post unbiased, location-specific reviews of their Superbreak holiday destinations. It offers Superbreak customers a much more rounded view of how other travellers rate a popular holiday spot. The holiday reviews work in a simple and customer friendly way: direct customers are sent an email by Superbreak following their stay, asking them to write a review. Scores are given for the location and the hotel, with customers also rating attractions and restaurants visited. Reviews cannot be submitted directly onto the site so authenticity is guaranteed. Once they have been submitted, holiday reviews can be accessed via both individual hotel pages and in location based pages. All direct customers who take a holiday with Superbreak will have the opportunity to write a holiday review, with overall scores, attraction tips and dining tips being given scores out of five.
