Altius Consulting Launches Process Management in Energy Webinar Series

Surrey, United Kingdom 28th June 2012 - Altius Consulting, a leading Business Intelligence and Enterprise Performance Management consultancy based in the United Kingdom, Channel Islands and the United States, will kick off a three part webinar series in June 2012 discussing improved Process Management specifically relating to the oil, gas and energy industry.

The complimentary online event will begin on June 27th, and continues into August.

Senior Consultant Michael Welch will demonstrate a proven system that allows the capture of AFE data, a workflow approval process and reporting, to track and approve expenditures faster than ever before.

The Process Management in Energy Webinar series will conclude in August, covering a more effective vendor pricing and bid management process. Procurement Analysts will learn an improved process that evaluates information in hours rather than days and provides better control, governance and transparency.
