He earned an ITIL foundation certificate in IT service management, completed IT programs at Wits Business School and Gordon Institute of Business in South Africa, and received sales training with the FranklinCovey Institute in Paris. Wilhelm holds a B.S. in Engineering and MBA from North-West University, South Africa.
