MIAMI, Fla., June 28, 2011 -- The Coast 2 Coast New Music Industry Convention is a professional music-networking event focused on the new music industry, taking place this September 29–October 2 in Miami, FL at the Hilton Downtown Miami. The event, hosted by J Hatch of iStandardProducers.com, will feature industry panels, artist and producer showcases, listening sessions, DJ mixers, afterparties, and much more. Panelists from major urban websites and record labels will sit alongside platinum producers and artists to inform fans and aspiring artists alike of the changing landscape of music.

Current panelists include: Bonsu Thompson (editor in chief, The Source magazine), DJ Z (DJBooth.net), Dave Mays (owner, Hip Hop Weeklymagazine), Sean Pizz (A&R, Slip N Slide Records), Stan Marseille (A&R, Nappy Boy Records), The Renegades (producers of DJ Khaled's smash "Welcome to My Hood," and more), Streetrunner (Grammy award-winning/ multi-platinum producer for Lil Wayne, The Game, and more), Gorilla Tek (multi-platinum producer for Ludacris, Pitbull, and 8Ball and MJG), and many more to be announced.

This third annual convention will continue and build upon the relationships and knowledge forged at 2009 and 2010's events.
