The Manitowoc Company, Inc. (NYSE: MTW) today announced that it will host its inaugural meeting with the investment community on November 28, 2006, at the Millennium Hotel in New York City. The event is scheduled to start at 12 noon, Eastern time and conclude at approximately 4:30 pm, Eastern time.
Terry D. Growcock, chairman and chief executive officer, along with Manitowoc's chief financial officer, its segment presidents, and other key executives, will provide updates on current market trends impacting the outlook and opportunities for each of the company's three business segments, as well as the long-term initiatives that it is pursuing to enhance shareholder value.
A live audio webcast of the presentation will be available through the company's website. To access the webcast, investors should go to the Manitowoc website 15 minutes prior to the start of the presentation to download and install any necessary audio software for this event.
