OMNOVA Solutions (NYSE: OMN) will hold a conference call to discuss the Company's announcement on September 22, 2010, that it has entered into an agreement with AXA Private Equity granting OMNOVA a period of exclusivity to acquire specialty chemicals manufacturer Eliokem International.
The call will be held on Thursday, September 23, 2010, at 11:00am ET, and hosted by OMNOVA Solutions Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Kevin McMullen, OMNOVA Sr. Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Mike Hicks and OMNOVA Performance Chemicals President Jim Hohman .
