MyHotSauces.Com L.L.C. has changed it's company name to Monty's Gourmet Foods L.L.C. and is expanding it's lineup of award winning food products to include BBQ Sauces, Steak Sauces, and Wing Sauces.

We felt that having such a narrow focus such as just hot sauces or picante sauces, no matter how many awards the products win, was a little too restricting for what we wanted to do in our marketplace. Having a name and a website address that pushed just the hot sauces just no longer worked for us.

"We have decided to expand our product line to include new products that everyone keeps asking me to make. I have a ton of recipes floating around in my head and now some of them are coming to life" said Monty Fritts, owner of the new and improved Monty's Gourmet Foods L.L.C.

Monty's Gourmet Foods L.L.C. is also taking the major step of opening up a retail location that will carry all of Monty's brand of products as well as a very large selection of gourmet products that range from hot sauces to gourmet canned oxygen.

"We are going to try to focus on products that cannot be had at huge megamarts and the national grocery chains accross the nation. We can offer local gourmet products from Kansas as well as nationally distributed products. We will have things like the highly acclaimed selection of root beer, sasaparilla, and sugar cane cola from the microbrewery in Louisburg, KS., The Louisburg Cidar Mill, as well as exotic things such as Big Ox canned oxygen from Springfield, MO. We will also have a very unique feature to the shoppe, a tasting bar that will allow customers to 'try it before they buy it' so they can choose just the right thing for their cooking needs." said Monty.

The new retail location will allow Monty's Gourmet Foods to establish a relationship with customers that goes beyond the once a year chance meeting at local festivals and fairs, and will allow Monty a venue to make people aware of his philosophy of eating not only healthy things but good tasting things as well.

"I feel that eating should be enjoyed. The best way to enjoy the eating of food is to have high quality, great tasting foods to eat in the first place. I have decided to dedicate myself to bringing the very best to not only the people here in eastern Kansas, but to anyone with an internet connection. Eventually, everything that can be found here in my gourmet shoppe.

MyHotSauces.Com L.L.C. had won 34 international awards for flavor over the past six years of it's exsistance and Monty's Gourmet will continue to offer Monty's award winning products.

"Our new company, with the help of investors that wish to get in on the ground floor, will be making bold strides in it's retail, wholesale, private labeling, and franchising opportunities over the next 3 years. We have big plans for more products, and more awards for those products. We will continue to offer the current lineup that got us to the place we are today, and build on it for the future." said Monty.
