Today Yelp.com, the fastest growing and deepest source of information on local businesses, announced the launch of "About This Business" (accessible at ), a free feature that allows small business owners to describe their business to prospective customers in their own words. "Savvy local business owners know consumers come to Yelp just before they make a purchase decision," says Jeremy Stoppelman, Yelp's co-founder and CEO. "About This Business helps consumers learn even more about a business before spending their hard-earned money, which translates into more satisfied customers." "The new 'About This Business' feature enables them to offer more, relevant information and thus a way to join the conversation on Yelp."
