China Yingxia International, Inc.

China Yingxia International, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: CYXI) ("China Yingxia" or "the Company"), a leading provider in the health and nutritional food industry engaged in the development, manufacture and distribution of nutritional food products, dietary supplements, and raw cactus plants in the People's Republic of China ("PRC"), today announced that the Company plans to participate in the 79th National Sugar and Alcohol Fair ("S&A Fair") held October 18-20 in Chang Sha, Hunan Province to promote the Company's soy milk and other nutritional products, specifically targeting consumers in southern China.

The S&A Fair, first held in 1955, started out as an annual event and has since expanded to take place twice a year. It is the most important trade fair for the food and beverage industry in China. Every spring and fall, thousands of prominent Chinese and international companies participate in the event and promote their products. The latest S&A Fair generated over RMB 10 billion ($141 million) in contracts for purchase orders.

The 79th S&A Fair marks China Yingxia's debut as an exhibitor at the event and the Company plans to use this platform to heavily promote its soy milk products produced by its recently acquired soy milk production facility Shanghai Jin Ao ("Jin Ao"). In addition, the Company will also present its popular Longgu golden millet, functional organic Fugui rice for diabetics and other nutritional food products at the event.

"We plan to use the S&A Fair to increase our visibility in the more affluent southern China region," said Ms. Yingxia Jiao, CEO of China Yingxia. "Our promotional strategy involves focusing on the unique benefits of our soy- based products compared to dairy products. Soy milk is considered naturally healthy, because unlike cow's milk, soy milk contains little saturated fat and no cholesterol. In addition, due to our advanced production process, our soymilk products have higher nutritional content compared to traditional soy milk products."

The facilities use a patented Australian technology for the production of soy yogurt and soy milk. The process involves a biochemical reaction for processing the soybeans, making the technology difficult to copy without proper know-how or equipment. China Yingxia currently is the only Chinese company utilizing this process.

China Yingxia also plans to emphasize the advantages of its soy milk products in the light of the recent scandal of tainted cow's milk in China. The Company's soy milk products are made of organic soybeans and the Company's vertically integrated production process and quality control measures enable the company to certify the safety of the end product.

"With the recent scandal involving contaminated cow's milk in China, Chinese consumers will evaluate their current consumption behavior and actively seek to secure a safe and healthy diet. China Yingxia's soy milk products are a prospective choice for many consumers because of their exceptional quality," said Ms. Jiao. "As China Yingxia is involved in all production phases, from growing organic soybeans to packaging the soy milk and yogurt, the risk of potentially harmful substances slipping through our processes is minimal. We employ a fully automated, closed production system using Australian patented technology and state-of-the-art production equipment from the French Triballat Noyal."

China Yingxia's production facilities employ a multi-phased quality control process. The Company's Jin Ao facility is Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP) and Quality Control Standard (QS) certified, and the soy products manufactured in Harbin have earned the "Organic Conversion" certification from China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment ("CNAS"). China Yingxia has also passed the ISO9001:2000 certification.
