Pearl Cohen Zedek Latzer, LLP (PCZL), a provider of legal services to innovation-driven companies and their investors, has announced the opening of a Boston office to be headed by Sibley P. Reppert, a veteran Boston litigator who has joined the firm as a senior partner.

Reppert, a former U.S. Naval officer and graduate of Wesleyan University, Oxford University and Harvard Law School, previously practiced at Lahive & Cockfield where he specialized in intellectual property litigation. He will be supported in Boston by counsel Michael Markoff, with whom he has successfully litigated and tried numerous cases. Reppert is experienced in the litigation of large, complex cases involving all aspects of intellectual property, as well as other areas of civil litigation. He was founder and CEO of LawRisk, Inc., an interdisciplinary consulting firm, and Incogno Corp., an Internet startup.
