Mitsubishi Forklift Trucks Launches Contest in Search of Oldest Working Truck in America	Popularity: Views: 38

Do you think you have the oldest Mitsubishi forklift truck still in operation today? If so, Mitsubishi Forklift Trucks wants to hear from you. The company, which provides affordable and hard working products, today announced the launch of its first ever "Keeps on Running" contest, inviting customers to show how their Mitsubishi forklift truck has withstood the test of time. "The Mitsubishi Forklift Trucks product line is known for providing reliable equipment that will keep our customers' operations moving," said Kent Eudy, vice president of marketing for Mitsubishi Forklift Trucks. "After decades of selling quality forklift trucks, we know there are going to be hard-working trucks out there that have outlived expectations, and we want to see them in action." To qualify, contestants must own and currently operate a small Internal Combustion (IC) cushion tire Mitsubishi forklift truck, with a capacity range of 2,000 lbs-6,500 lbs. Eligible models include the entire FGC10-FGC33 model lineup, the current 'N' Generation and all of its predecessors. Contestants will be able to upload photos and share fun facts about their forklift truck, including its company-given nickname and interesting details about how the forklift truck has been used. Photos and applications can be submitted online. All contestants have a chance to win, whether their truck is 20 years old or brand new. Prizes will be awarded to 20 applicants, with a grand prize winner of the oldest truck receiving a brand new FGC15N-FGC33N Mitsubishi forklift truck. Runners up will be chosen at random from all contestants and will receive complimentary Planned Maintenance (PM) service for up to one year. Entries will be accepted through November 30, 2008. Winners will be notified in December and awarded in January 2009.
