AirLive, one of the most advanced worldwide brands for networking and communication equipments, has announced its AirLive WHA-5000CPE Hi-Power Multiple Mode Wireless PTP/PTM Outdoor CPE that operates in quiet 5GHz spectrum and can reach the distance over 5km in good weather condition, which is much farer than the average connection. This CPE is one of the first All-In-One Outdoor CPE devices and includes Pover Over Ethernet (POE) kit.
The AirLive WHA-5500CPE was developed for complete outdoor application to ensure stabile and long distance connection, reduce costs and save time to build wireless network. WHA-5000CPE is capable to serve WISP applications due to Atheros 108Mbps Super A/Turbo A competency.
The WHA-5500CPE comes with almost everything necessary to build 5GHz connection instantly. The CPE enclosure is rain and splash proof. It includes an integrated 18dBi 5GHz antenna and 802.3af compliant Power-Over- Ethernet Kits.
WHA-5500CPE operates in 6 different modes: Access Point, Repeater, WDS Bridge, Client Infrastructure, Client Ad Hoc and WISP Router.
The WHA-5500CPE provides Multi-SSID to create different networks with one AP. The Tag VLAN allows provider to control service content of each SSID network. QoS feature allows to prioritize the different packages according to WMM protocol and ripple play.
